"Thus Hezekiah did throughout all Judah, and he did what was good and right and true before the Lord his God. And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, in the law and in the commandment, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart. So he prospered."
2 Chronicles 31:20 NKJV Have you ever wanted to be great at something. Whether it's at a sport, on your job, ministry, father, mother, or as a spouse? Sometimes it seems that when you focus in these areas, it takes such discipline and work that other areas in your life are set aside. But when your discipline is directed toward heaven, nothing else suffers. This is what Hezekiah discovered. He committed himself to God's principal vision: reverence for the temple and obedience from the people. He didn't make a small commitment or take short cuts. No, Hezekiah sought God wholeheartedly. He went after God, reading His laws and studying His decrees, and then he did what God commanded. He put God first and committed himself. This type of discipline creates a disciple and greatness in whatever area you want to be great. This is how you prosper in your walk with God and in other areas of your life. It's the same way Hezekiah did it!
